Jass Carpets supplies and fits carpet, laminate, vinyl, solid wood, and safety flooring. Our website allows you to browse products and submit order enquiries. All orders are treated as quotation requests — a member of our team will contact you to confirm details, pricing, and fitting arrangements before any work begins.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders placed on our website are enquiries/quote requests, not binding contracts until confirmed by our team.
  • We do not process payments online. Payment will be arranged directly with our team after order confirmation.
  • Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on survey, area size, or fitting complexity.
  • A deposit may be required before fitting commences.

4. Delivery & Fitting

  • Fitting dates will be agreed upon after order confirmation.
  • We operate across the local area — please contact us to confirm coverage of your postcode.
  • You must ensure that the area to be fitted is cleared before our team arrives. Additional charges may apply if excessive clearance is required.
  • Delivery and fitting timescales are estimates and may be subject to change due to supplier delays.

5. Cancellations & Returns

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the agreed fitting date.
  • Cut-to-measure flooring is non-refundable once cut.
  • If goods are faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of fitting.
  • Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

All content on this website — including product images, logos, text, and design — is the property of Jass Carpets and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
